TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Travel Arrangements
You are responsible for your travel arrangements at you own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences as the result of delays or cancellations or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.
2) Booking
Until full payment is received from you, your booking is not considered confirmed and no contract will exist between you and Urban Tribe Life.
3) Travel Insurance
We would ask you to have adequate travel insurance during your retreat. Please have a copy of your policy with you in case of an emergency.
4) Your Health
That I am participating in the Fitness and Yoga Retreat offered by Urban Tribe for Fitness and Wellness during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognise that physical activities and yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Retreat.
I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert all Teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any and all activities done with the Retreat group.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Urban Tribe Founders, its staff, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Urban Tribe for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
5) Cancelation
a) £300 deposit is required to secure the place. I understand that £300 registration fee is non-refundable. Further, should participant cancellation occur within 30 days of the event for any reason, we forfeit all fees. Should participant cancellation occur within 50 days of the event, only 50% of the total fee is refundable, less the £300 registration fee.
b) Should the event be cancelled by Urban Tribe, all fees will be refunded back to participant.
c) We normally refunds and return the payments within 60 working days of the date of cancellation. Once the retreat has begun, no refund or partial refund or unused portion/day of the retreat will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you.
6) Amendments/Changes by us
Urban Tribe Life shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.We reserve the right to make changes to retreat which we do our best not to but things can happen. In case your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our best to match the accommodation to similar rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you at earliest time.
7) Discounts
Urban Tribe Life reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.
8) Our liability
a) We honour and accept responsibility to ensure the retreats are delivered as described.
b) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
9) Possessions
We accept no liability for your possessions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your possessions are kept safe at all times.
10) Extra Activities
Extra activities not mentioned in product highlights are not included in the package and must be paid seperately.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested. We do not automatically capture or store personal data from visitors to the site, except to log the user’s IP address and session information such as the duration of the visit to the site and the nature of the browser used. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site.
